Fair trade products guarantee that they have been grown or produced under principles of respect for human, labor and social rights; fair and democratic business practices; and environmental protection.

Between 2018 and 2019 there was the greatest increase in sales of fair trade products, specifically 64%.
Craft products and others maintain a constant turnover throughout the period studied, while it has been the food category that has suffered the greatest increase.
